Commonly used resin dispensing syringes and needles are manufactured from 5 parts of plastic when you include the original plastic packaging.This would mean that for every 100 windscreen repairs carried out using a single use syringe you would use 500+ parts of plastic from needles and syringes alone.

The GT way would be to dispense direct from a single 3 part, 15ml UV resistant bottle and disposed of in an environmentally safe way. Eliminating plastic use is near on impossible but at GT we have cut its use by 98% whilst improving resin efficiency by 50%

• A GT 15ml bottles using 6 drops of resin without a syringe will do 100 repairs when using the GT Super Vac System

• A syringe will use when including the resin in the needle shaft about 12 drops per repair
