A windscreen repair resin is only as good as how it is preserved until the point of use, during use and until the final cure. The best windscreen repair resin will not perform as it should if any of the factors are not addressed. Here at GT we supply all our resins in UV proof black bottles with black UV proof dropper tips too. Windscreen repair resin is for professional use only working following control measures from a risk assessment. Always wear PPE as identified within your risk assessment in a well ventilated area. Commonly the windscreen industry will use white (ear/eye drop) type bottles with a natural colour plastic dropper tip. Whilst the bottle may be UV resistant the dropper tip is not. At GT both our bottle and dropper tips are UV resistant and ensure that your resin is factory fresh at the point of use and not compromised in any way.
