If you use a windscreen repair kit which uses plastic needles and syringes the instructions in the windshield repair kit tell you to use 0.2ml of resin for each windscreen repair. What is not factored in is that the needle holds 0.1ml of windscreen repair resin in addition to the 0.2ml of windshield repair resin in the syringe. 0.3ml of repair resin is drawn from your windscreen repair resin bottle.
As an Example
This means when you buy a 5ml bottle of windscreen repair resin for 25 windscreen repairs you will actually get 17 repairs and not 25 repairs as advertised.l
